Our unique collection of 19 serviced building plots for bespoke detached homes are  nestled in the leafy greenbelt suburbs to the west of Aberdeen city. Located on the outskirts of Peterculter and Milltimber.

Have a chat with us and have any questions answered. Take a look at the masterplan and express your interest in a particular plot or plots

All plots have outline planning permission, and the site has been carefully master planned with all surveys and reports are available.

Once your individual design is approved  Kenway Homes arrives to a ready site All within easy distance of the city centre and local places of employment, shops and leisure facilities.

 

All plots benefit from outline planning permission for detached homes. Each plot is what is termed as a serviced plot, which means there is a road and service connections to the plot so the builder can, in effect plug into these services and the plot is “shovel ready”. Each plot has significant spacious garden ground, unlike many new build housing schemes in the area. Your home can be created to exactly meet your needs now and in the future.

Strawberry Grange is released in four phases.

You can reserve and begin designing outside a current phase; the build commences once roads, services, and full planning are in place. for your individual design. A small number of adjacent plots may be combined to create something truly exceptional. Interest in these is high, and availability will not last. We've done the heavy lifting. The Design Code sets the parameters: materials, scale, sustainability, and aesthetic and takes account of planning conditions, requirements and  other factors Aberdeen City Council will welcome. Within those parameters, the home you build is entirely your own. Work with award-winning architects and local contractors to bring it to life.
